Year 1 and 2 enjoyed solving maths problem to rescue a “prince in distress.” Using all their skills they programmed robots, cracked codes, crawled through tunnels, solved sequences and tackled maths problems to build jigsaws. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed working as a team to save the day.

Year 6 did brilliantly in their Harvest festival performance, adding words of thanks to a popular current hit. The children drafted their own lyrics and worked to incorporate lyrics that said what they wanted but also matched the beat of the music. Year 2 enjoyed a very exciting trip to the Thinktank museum in Birmingham.
