We were delighted to receive our renewed Healthy School Enhanced Award this week. This is recognition for the curriculum and experiences on offer to the pupils at our school. The addition of the new pupil kitchen will help us further extend this element of our school and staff are busy planning exciting opportunities for the children.

Easter Service

It was wonderful to be able to return to St Peter’s Church for our Easter service. Thank you to Rev Jonathan and Emma Dowman for leading the worship and to all the children who were involved in readings.

Easter Play

It was a pleasure to see the pupils in years three, four and five perform Good News, their Easter Play. All of the children should be proud of the performances, thank you to all the staff who have worked so hard to prepare and support the children.

Easter Activities

One of the children’s favourite Church Langton traditions is the Easter activity mornings. All of the classes were mixed up and the older children then assisted the younger pupils with the craft activities. This was followed in the afternoon with the Friends of Church Langton Easter Egg hunt which was enjoyed by all of the classes as they charged around the field finding the clues. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who helped to make it such an exciting day.
